This year I will be living my life towards fulfilling my full potential. I have committed myself to making positive steps in the right direction to accomplish my dreams.

As 2003 ended I was more happy with how I felt about myself than when the year started. How much I have learned in the past year from your books, the conversation board, recommended books. Apart from still wanting to lose excess pounds I just feel so much more positive about life and things in general. So my resolution is to maintain this level I have reached. Thanks Fiona for putting me on this journey.

To be a more understanding parent, to be a successful business woman, to have fun. PS. Great! book "The 10 minute life coach".

I used to think I was overweight, now I have put on a lot of excess weight, (through depression), I now see I was not that bad previously.

One of the most successful and most fun news years resolutions I ever made was a joint one with my partner Frank. We agreed to cook a special meal once a month - a new dish, some thing we'd never tried before. - We had great fun - sometimes just the 2 of us, other times inviting friends round. Some times we cooked together other times it was a solo effort. We still use some of the recipes we discovered and I was thinking perhaps we should do it again this year.
