I'm so pleased with myself! I had an interview on Monday and got the job!
How did I do it - I went in feeling 100% positive! Smart appearance, perfect lipstick! oozing confidence!

I prepared a presentation, rehearsed in front of the mirror, practiced until I felt confident. I did my research - both in my own field and in the new departments.
Best of all - I networked before the interview found out some useful information, took it to the interview and had the panel asking for more!
Don't be shy about asking the right people for information - say what it's for, be upfront and then build on the info yourself.

Be confident - make them want you!
Good luck! .
