I consider personal fulfillment a priority. I would have chosen this on the poll had it been there. I was unsure about "stimulates". I currently have plenty of stimulation and challenges but not as much fulfillment as I would like. Great site. Thank you.

I've started my own business in February this year, I've gone from earning a big salary to not earning anything yet and I don't regret a thing. I feel more alive than I ever did, maybe fear works that way hehe!

I now have a job I love, and can't imagine changing it. But when I did go to change to this, it was the personal fulfilment that swung it for me and I've taken quite a cut in income - causing me to have to move to a smaller place even - which I don't resent at all.

I believe you can't buy happiness, no matter what your per capita is!

If, for any reason, I had to change jobs I'd look for something as fulfilling, but good money and opportunities for advancement would come a VERY close second...

I voted for the more stimulating option, but that does not mean I don't want better pay too! If I was faced with a choice between the two it would be difficult, as I really believe you can make any job stimulating. That said, unless the money difference was really huge, I would certainly opt for the more interesting job,
