I am with MDB and Suzie B. I am working in a call centre( at least I can use my foreign language skills), but my talents lie elsewhere (not very well paid at the beginning which is why I have an office job). However, since recently, we do have a newspaper for our office which I contribute to so I can be a bit creative.

I often find that managers are afraid to let their employees run with their imagination and draw on their talents for the good of the company. I've only worked with one HT who was very enthusiastic about employees ideas and who let them run with them. The difference in achievement in these two schools is incredible!!

I'm with Suzy B. What I really want to be is an International Make-up artist. But here I sit working in a management consultancy - coasting along doing office work, I totally empathise with the fear of failure factor.......

I'm a lively individual with plenty of potential and yet at the moment im selling Wills!! How did I get myself into this? Simply through procrastinating on what my actual dream is and the fear of failure........

And I would use so much more if I could really get to grips with procrastination, why do I leave it to the last minute every time, then declare it'll be different next time....
