Shipping and Delivery

Insurance
Shipping prices include insurance, so you can order with confidence. When we send parcels we obtain insurance and proof of postage for each package. If your parcel has not arrived within a few days of the time expected, or arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange to have your goods replaced.
VAT (Value Added Tax)
VAT at 17.5% is added to the total value of all orders from residents of an EU country. Again this is added automatically at checkout. Please note that while we do not add VAT to orders originating outside the EU, local taxes may be payable on receipt of your order.
Ordering Offline
If you do not wish to pay for your goods online, you are welcome to pay by cheque or postal order. To order offline, please contact us by email with details of the books and tapes you wish to order and we will send you details of where to send payment and how much is due.
