4. Check That You Connect

Speak to a prospective coach before deciding. It’s important to build rapport easily and intuitively feel that you will be understood and will benefit from your investment

5. Choose Your Results

The best question to ask yourself in deciding whether or not coaching is for you is “Is there an area in my life in which certain results are missing?” If you answered yes, and you are willing to do what it takes to get the results you want, then what are you waiting for – get a coach!
