Clare Henry
Clare Henry is an experienced teacher, mother and Certified Parent and Teen Coach who has been working with young people for nearly 30 years.
In addition to individual coaching of parents and teenagers, she has recently spearheaded a successful mentoring programme in a local school, supporting disaffected youngsters to identify and overcome whatever obstacles are stopping them achieving their full potential.
With the passionate belief that children who are confident and have good levels of self-esteem will be motivated to achieve this potential, Clare coaches mums and dads to parent in a way that allows their child to develop more of these precious gifts. Her holistic coaching programme helps stressed teenagers and their parents develop a better work/life balance and take greater responsibility for their own actions and results.
Clare has contributed articles to Health Plus and Tesco magazines. She was the parenting expert at the Milupa Aptamil Mad Hatters Tea Party in Kew Gardens in September 2005.
Clare is based in the Slough area, phone 01753 645 067 or 07810 542 699
