Whatever service you offer, you’re probably not the only person offering it. Agree?
Your marketplace is crowded and if you’re in the coaching field, it’s saturated.
How do you set yourself apart (and you must)?
There is only ONE thing and it’s YOU. It’s your story.
If you get this right, it draws clients to you like a magnet.
If you get it wrong, you’ll repel people.
Here’s 3 keys ways to make your story work to make you stand out and draw people to you:
- Start from your Solution. Select the parts of your story that point to why you offer this solution.
- Keep it short. Your story must be condensed into no more than TWO lines in your bio. The purpose is to connect your story to your client’s.
- Show your struggle. Prove how you understand the pain of your client from your own experience or from another’s. This shows why your service is different and personally driven
Remember – Story – Solution – Service.
I’ll post a great example of this tomorrow – look out for the blog with Beverley in the subject line.
