How can I pay for a course or product?

When completing the registration form for a course you have the option to pay offline, using a credit card or using PayPal.

Credit card payments are made through our Secure Payment Provider - WorldPay.

I paid for a course - how do I access it?

After your registration is complete you will receive an email with detailed in instructions about how to access your course.

Essentially you simply log-in to the MyStuff area and any courses you are registered for will be listed there, with a link to the course material.

I paid for a book/tape/CD and have not received it

If you live in the UK or Ireland, you should receive any products you ordered within 4-5 days.

Overseas orders may take longer. If you feel you should by now have received your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Can I pay offline/by phone?

Yes. When you select to pay Offline you simply print out your order confirmation and send it to us with your payment. Your course will be available to you as soon as we receive the payment.
