Do I need to register for a course to become a member?
No, membership is completely free, there is no requirement to purchase a course registration or anything else.
Once you have registered as a member you are eligible for special offers on courses and can add them to your membership profile very easily. You will also have access to
Member Only content to the Life Coaching Forum.
I am not a member, can I purchase a course?
Yes. You can purchase a course or courses without becoming a member first by using this course registration form.
All those who register for courses automatically
receive Premium Membership, with access to reserved areas of our Conversation Board and special offers for Premium Members only, in addition to all the other benefits of membership.
I have lost my Member Username/Password - what do I do?
You can have your username and password emailed to you from here. Please note that for security reasons the email will be sent to the email address you gave when you registered.
If you cannot remember the email you subscribed from, or no longer have access to it, please contact us giving your full name and we will send your membership information to you.
I wish to change my Password/email address - can you help?
You can change your password, email address or postal address yourself at any time in the Edit Profile page in the MyStuff area.
To access this page, login to your MyStuff area and follow the Edit Profile link from their.
I wish to change my Username - can you help?
A change of username can only be done by us.
If you wish to change your username for any reason, please contact us and let us know your current username and the username you wish to use. Subject to that username being available we will make the change for you and notify you when it is done.
I am not receiving the Fiona Harrold Newsletter, why?
First check under your member profile to ensure that the email address we are sending the newsletter to is correct.
It is possible that your subscription to the Newsletter has expired. To start receiving copies again, please go to your MyStuff page, and on the left hand side, under the heading "Quick Help", you will see a form which allows you to subscribe again.
A third possibility is that you are unable to receive email from us because of filters on your system. For advice about this, please read the answer to the question below.
I am not receiving email from fionaharrold.com. Why?
If you are using a third party spam filtering application like you may not be able to receive our emails until you manually add the email address info@fionaharrold.com and/or the domain fionaharrold.com to your list of accepted email addresses.
If you are NOT using knowingly using such a programme and do not receive our emails it may be because spam filters are enabled on your email account internally.
Many companies do this "behind the scenes" so you may not even be aware of the fact that some of your emails are being filtered or even deleted!
Internet Service Providers (ISPs) claim that they can eliminate unwanted mail from your inbox. Sometimes, unfortunately, they also filter out other email, which you wanted to receive, as well.
We have specific information for the following email service providers on how to ensure that email passes through their filters. For more information please click on the name of the provider.

If you are not using any of these providers, please contact your ISP or your company technical support unit for advise on how to ensure you can receive our emails.
