How do I access my course(s)?
Courses are accessed from your MyStuff page. After your registration is complete you will receive an email with detailed in instructions about how to access your course.
If you are already a member any new courses you add will be added to the list of available courses as soon as the new registration is complete.
Essentially you imply log-in to the Member are, go to Your Profile, and any courses you are registered for will be listed there, with a link to the course material.
How long does it take to complete a course?
Courses are presented as six modules and designed to be followed at a rate of one module a week for 6 weeks.
However you have access to your course for 12 months from the day of registration, so you can pace yourself as you wish.
How much time do I need to complete a module
Each module has a series of Action Items, some of which will take only a few minutes to complete, some of which are more detailed and may take several hours or even days.
Since courses are intended to change your existing behaviours or to alter the way you approach various aspects of your life, many of the Action Items can be integrated into your day to day activities and so do no require a specific time to be set aside.
It is impossible to make more than a very general guideline on the amount of time you will need to set aside per week, but an hour or so a day would be a reasonable estimate.
Is coaching included with courses?
Standard courses do not include any personal coaching. Each course is also available in a PLUS version, which includes two hours of personal coaching, usually with the coach who wrote the course.
The main page of each course includes information about upgrading your course to a PLUS version to add personal coaching.
You are also free to book coaching sessions directly with the coach who wrote the course or any other team member of your choice.
Are any new courses planned?
There are always new courses in the planning stages, and new courses will be added regularly. Existing courses are also reviewed and updated on a regular basis.
Information about new courses is included in the weekly member newsletter.
