What's Your Blindspot?

Wednesday, February 21 2007

We all have blindspots. In our professional and personal lives we can all hamper our success depending on the nature of our blindspot. This is one of the best reasons for seeing a coach – to spot what we cannot see, to shine a torch on flaws that we are blind to.

GRAPHICFrancine Kaye and I have over thirty years experience between us coaching individuals to see themselves clearly and alter their behaviours for the results they want.

We were discussing relationship blindspots recently, and have come up with our top five – the most common blindspots that keep love and romance at a distance! As the majority of our members are female, Francine has targeted these for women.

I appreciate that some of these may not be particularly "politically correct" but it is the reality that we have observed, and, we've opened up a thread here on the Conversation Board (you will need to be logged in to view it) and would love to hear your comments and experiences! It would be lovely to hear from men, in particular, on this issue.

This is something Francine will be covering in detail in her new Relationship SOS workshop in March, which you can read more about by clicking on Workshops in the top menu.
