Re-evaluate And Recharge Your Life
Tuesday, September 27 2005Dear friend,
I hope this finds you well. In the final part of our Recharge Your Life theme, we're highlighting the need to re-evaluate your thinking about your life before charging off in a new direction.
Your ideas and beliefs about you, life and everything dictate the type of life you end up living. That's why a good coach will always probe and unconceal your underlying beliefs so that self-imposed limitations or a lack of imagination are not holding you back in your ambitions and aspirations.
It's rarely enough simply to do the external work of planning a recharged life without checking your internal settings and see where they're pointing you to. Disraeli said, "Nurture your mind with great thoughts for you will never go any higher than you think." That was true 150 years ago and it's true today.
Below you'll read about David, a client of Mike Blissett's who realised he needed a whole new way of looking at the world before he could create a new reality and Mike gives us some pointers to do our own re-evaluation.
If you'd like to do this with Mike, come to his Recharge Your Life afternoon workshop and you can always work with him personally. Contact him at mike@fionaharrold.com.
