I hope this finds you well. Our theme this week is Recharge Your Health, because without your health there's not much of a life to recharge! And the more energy you have the more alive you feel and the more enthusiastic, optimistic and positive you'll feel about life.

healthyYet health is rarely something that people put on the agenda to address with their coach - we usually have to add it in at the end of their list.

The message is: don't take your health for granted, protect it, support it, feed it, take care of it. And we now know that so much of ageing is premature and preventable and simply the result of poor lifestyle choices, so looking good is another incentive for prioritising your health!

In his brilliant new Recharge Your Life workshop, our wonderful, fully-charged Mike Blissett will include an assessment of your current lifestyle and its impact on your health and vitality levels.
