Weight Loss for Health

Monday, January 10 2005

I hope this finds you well. Firstly, many thanks to all of you who responded to our Tsunami Earthquake Appeal. We've even received "Thank-you" emails from people in some of the areas affected.

This is what Nimal from Sri Lanka said:

"As a citizen of Sri Lanka, the 2nd worst tsunami hit country, I wish to thank you for your thoughtfulness in requesting your readers to help the tsunami victims in whatever possible way. Thank you for thinking about these helpless people. Those who escaped the disaster have virtually lost everything they had.

It is a great encouragement to see the concern you all are having on millions of Tsunami victims in our country and elsewhere. We know you all are behind us and are supporting us at this difficult time.

Your kind gesture is very much appreciated."

All the personal coaching sessions have now been taken but there are still a few places on Mike's Get Motivated for 2005! workshop, with every penny of the proceeds going direct to DEC. Get booked on it asap to get 2005 sorted. It's only a few hours in the afternoon, so you can still catch the shops in the morning and dinner afterwards!

We're staying with our Weight Loss theme this week and Maggie Nutt, our Nutritionist and Weight Loss Coach is eager to get you thinking along healthy weight loss lines. We also have a new area on the Conversation Board devoted to Life-long Weight Loss - click here to see it. So, get posting, get motivated, get lean, and above all, healthy!
