That Back To School Feeling

Dear friend,

I hope this finds you well and you’ve had a good summer. My summer holidays in Ireland and France are over and my son is back to school tomorrow, so I definitely have that end of summer feeling. London is getting back to work though this is far more noticeable in Paris as the French really do down tools for the summer.

autumn bluesParisians returning to the capital after spending much of August on the coast call this La Rentree – a time when the summer holidays end and everybody gets back to the harsh realities of life.

I think a serious plan of action is called for to ward off any post summer malaise!

I’m taking myself out for coffee right now to come up with my own personal plan, but I’ve put some ideas down here that might be useful for you to keep yourself chipper and cheerful in the weeks ahead.
