Green Up Your Life

Tuesday, April 5 2005

Dear friend,

I hope this finds you well. I’m sure you’ve noticed that Green is Everywhere. Green is mainstream, cool, hip and glamourous. It’s no longer the sole preserve of hippy-dippy, brown rice and organic porridge people. Even the government is catching up, with a £12 million advertising campaign to get all us Brits walking more, turning off the tv, turning down the heating and insulating everywhere.

Whatever your political persuasion, green colours everything, from the air you breathe, the food you eat, the car you drive (if you do) to global climate change. You may even feel it includes our decision to wage war to feed our dependence on oil.

One thing’s for sure. We can all play our part to help reduce the damage already done and opt for a greener way of life that doesn’t cost the Earth in the process.

This week it gives me great pleasure to introduce you to our new Green Coach, the wonderful Julia Stephenson.

Julia has been a Green activist for many years and is regularly featured in the press – you’ll find her looking gorgeous in May’s Vogue. She’s also running for parliament in Kensington & Chelsea representing the Green Party and is a great mate of mine.

I love people who live their lives with passion and conviction and who really walk their talk. Julia is one of those people. From today onwards she joins our happy team to coach us all on going greener. She offers one-off Green Audits to individuals and organisations or a complete green overhaul to make you the envy of all your friends! Contact her at julia@fionaharrold.com, and make the most of this month's Special Offer.
