Weight Loss For Life

Tuesday, January 4 2005

I hope this find you well and enjoying the New Year thus far! As usual the press is full of new weight loss routines and this year is no exception. Whether it's the Coconut Diet, the GI Diet, the Carbs Curfew or another Carol Vorderman Detox Diet, there's no shortage of ideas for ways to achieve your ideal shape.

Healthy and permanent weight loss is clearly a concern for many of us and I have been looking for the ideal approach to provide here on the site for some time. I'm delighted to say that I've found it and can now introduce you to nutritionist Maggie Nutt.

I like Maggie's approach because it includes the way we think about food and losing weight as well as focusing on the food itself. She is also concerned with finding a way of living and eating that ensures you do not go through life with an ongoing weight issue, instead coaching you to eat healthily, to maintain and boost vitality and energy.

She has a sound nutritional and scientific training which means that she can also guide you through the wide range of supplements available, many of which can be invaluable in combating sugar cravings and regulating appetite, and others are not so relevant.

As a Nutritional coach she works with you personally to help you change your eating habits and keep your motivation strong so that you feel inspired to exercise and make changes to achieve the shape you long for and the health benefits you want.

She has written a brilliant course exclusively for us here to inspire you and also give you the nutritional know-how to take control of your body and shape, one and for all, and for life. I'm going to hand you over to Maggie now and I'm so enthusiastic about Weight Loss For Life that I'm making the first Instalment of the Course available to you here entirely free.

And from next week we'll be opening a special section of the Conversation Board, hosted by Maggie, where you can post your progress and ask questions from the expert herself.

Over to Maggie!
