Life Clinic - Personal Answers

Our Life Clinic answers users' questions each week, but the space and time we can devote to answering your questions is limited. This means that not every question can be answered nor can questions be answered as fully as would be possible given more time and space. Sometimes questions are too complex to be dealt with this way, or you would prefer that both question and answer remained private between you and a coach.

So, we now introduce "Life Clinic - Personal Answers", which guarantees you an answer, in depth and at some length, to your question. Your question and its response will NOT be published on the site, it will be entirely a personal communication between you and the coach.

How it Works

You send your question or query to the coach who is dealing with this week's questions. Your question can be as long as you like.
If necessary the coach will contact you to seek clarification of any points you raised
Within 72 hours you will receive an in depth response from the coach.
You can follow this up with an additional email to the coach who will clarify or expand on any issues raised.

This is a great way to get an impartial and expert view on any issues that are holding you back or causing you concern without the need to commit to ongoing life coaching.

How to Get a Personal Answer

Purchase a Personal Answer token from our site.

Non-Members: Purchase your answer here
(You will automatically become a site member following your purchase.)
Members: Go to your Profile page and add Personal Answers to your registrations.
When you receive confirmation of your purchase, log in to Member Area and choose Personal Answers from your Profile.
Send your message to the coach.

Terms and Conditions

1. Your purchase of a Personal Answers Token allows you to send one message to a coach. While you may choose to include several issues in this message it is probably best to concentrate on just one or two at a time.

2. You can follow up the reply you receive directly with your coach by email. Your purchase includes one further email from the coach in addition to the initial reply.

3. All correspondence between you and the coach is strictly confidential.
