When we’re under stress, often it feels like we don’t have any control over our lives. But the reality is we have far more control than most of us realise. It’s time you took the driving seat.

Taking responsibility for dealing with and controlling your own stress is a crucial step. So is accepting that you may need help and asking for it. Let’s summon up the support that’s waiting for you.
