Your character, your personality and mental outlook are all in your hands to shape and fashion as you wish. If there’s something you dislike about yourself, do something about it.

This course will:

  • Examine who you are now, and how you feel about yourself
  • Help you to create a vision of a new you
  • Look at the purpose of change and what you want it to achieve for you
  • Teach you how to project your new image
  • Develop your belief in your new self – and the belief of others
  • Strengthen your resolve to maintain the change
  • Show you how to continue to adapt yourself as your life changes

You are a work in progress, a masterpiece. If you want to be more attractive, dynamic and outgoing or whatever, this is the place for you. This course will teach you the art of true reinvention ­from the inside out.

Modules in Reinvent Yourself (Requires Registration)

Module 1: Who are you now?

Take a good hard look at you: How you see yourself? Who are you turning into? What personality traits and habits are holding you back?

Module 2: Who do you want to be?

Throw off what’s stale or no longer useful in your life and start taking positive steps towards becoming the person you want to be.

Module 3: What do you want?

The challenge is to commit yourself to a way of life that really suits you. Let’s find out exactly what it that you want from your life.

Module 4: Look the Part

By now you’re well on the way to updating your outlook and life, it’s time to check that your outward appearance keeps up with the changes inside.

Module 5: Fake It!

Begin to play the part of the person you’re stepping into – it’s not about being a fraud, it’s about cultivating your character

Module 6: Move On

You’ve challenged your attitude of mind: reappraised values, updated your look. Now it’s time to move ahead in your life with renewed vigour and clarity
