Module 1: The Circle of Life: How satisfied are you now?
Let’s start with an exercise to determine where you are now. We need to a build base for all the work we will do in the course. If you build your goals on a solid foundation, then you will achieve them.
Module 2: Priorities, priorities
Let’s get a clear understanding and of where you need to work first. Becoming more focused will make you much more effective. Priorities clear our way and make our journey more productive.
Module 3: Imagination: What could you be?
Imagination. How big is yours? Imagination is a wonderful thing. This week I want you to let yours rip, go wild, have the best time of its life!
Module 4: Enjoying the Journey
I want us to examine how your belief system can enhance your journey. You’ll learn how you can beat back the gremlins that threaten your progress and have some fun along the way.
Module 5: Make your time count
An integral component in the process of achieving your goals and becoming more motivated is time management. Do you know that you can schedule success? Well, you can, and here’s how.
Module 6: Be Proactive
The key is to staying motivated is to always be proactive, to be doing something. Do the exercises in this course; write, learn, schedule. Achieve what you said you would on a daily basis; just do it!
