<p>Do you remember that feeling you had when you were a child?  The excitement of peeling back the gift wrap of a present, catching a glimpse of something inside and realising that it was exactly what you were wishing for?<br />
Or the buzz of being the giver of that perfect gift?  Watching your ‘special someone’ thrill in its discovery?<br />
These are the sort of feelings that show that you are operating from a position of joy and love, and the ability to capture and recreate these feelings will give you the power you need to tune into the Law of Attraction and create your own perfect reality.</p>
<h4>Recommendation</h4>
<p>While all the material in this course is available to you right now, I <em><strong>strongly</strong></em> suggest that you complete each of the modules in order.<br />
Each module includes a number of exercises (&#8220;Actions of the week&#8221;) that require you to do some work!  You will get most benefit from the course by taking your time and completing all the exercises before moving forward to the next module.</p>

<span class='fhTabs_titles'><b>Part One</b></span></p>
<h2>The history of the Law of Attraction</h2>
<p>You may already know something about the Law of Attraction, or this may be your first experience of it.  However, what you may not realise is that the principles of the Law of Attraction have been in evidence throughout history, and have spanned cultural and religious divides.  From the Buddha, who stated that “What you have thought has determined what you have become” to the Greek philosophers and famous artists and scientists, such as Leonardo de Vinci, Raphael and Albert Einstein, many of our great minds have followed the Law of Attraction.</p>
<p>A number of publications during the early part of the 20th century, such as Ernest Holmes’ ‘The Science of Mind’ in 1926, Napoleon Hill’s ‘Think and Grow Rich’ in 1937 and Dr Raymond Holliwell’s ‘Working with the Law’ in 1949, have worked with the principles of the Law of Attraction.<br />
More recently, in the early 1990’s, Jerry and Esther Hicks spread the teachings of the Law of Attraction through their communication with Source Energy they named ‘Abraham’, and since 2000, many articles and books have been written concerning all aspects of the Law of Attraction, most notably ‘The Secret’ by Rhonda Byrne in 2006.<br />
Many of these teachings touch on the science behind the Law of Attraction.  With the growth of the study of Quantum Physics, and the wisdom of great physicists like Albert Einstein, has come the realisation that everything in the Universe, including thought waves, is made up of energetic particles, and that solid matter is formed of vibrating atoms.  Much of science now backs up what our ‘Metaphysical Philosophers’ have known for centuries about the Law of Attraction, paving the way for everyone on this planet to be the conscious creator of their own reality!<br />
So, you can see that the Law of Attraction is not a new concept.  Should you wish to delve deeper into the historical and scientific background of the Law of Attraction, a simple internet search will deliver a seemingly endless source of information for your consideration.  For now, let us return to the matter in hand – using the Law of Attraction to create your own reality.</p>
<h3>The basic elements of deliberate creation</h3>
<p><em>“The vibrations of mental forces are the finest and consequently the most powerful in existence.”</em> Charles Haanel</p>
<p><strong>Deliberate creation requires three elements:<br />
</strong>1. THOUGHTS: get very clear about the thoughts you want<br />
2. FEELINGS: raise your emotional vibration until it matches what you want<br />
3. ALLOWING: allow what you want to come to you and let go of resistance</p>
<p>Each of these elements, while powerful, in isolation will not create manifestation, i.e. cause your thoughts to materialise in the physical world.  Together, however, they cause the changes in energy required to strongly attract the physical manifestation of your mental desires.  We will explore these elements in more depth in Parts 2 and 3 of this module.<br />

<span class='fhTabs_titles'><b>Part Two</b></span></p>
<h2>Thoughts</h2>
<p>The basis of the Universal Law of Attraction is ‘that which you give your thought to, you begin to invite into your experience’, without exception.  We will explore in more detail how and why this happens in later modules, but, for now, simply accept that EVERYTHING in the Universe is, in its purest form, a vibration.  We are all fundamentally ‘energy beings’ and that it is through our aligning the ‘vibration’ of OUR inner energy with the vibration of our desires that the Universe can deliver to us what we want.  We do this with our thoughts and feelings.<br />
The more effort and energy you put into a thought, the more powerful it becomes and the faster it will manifest or appear in your life.  Be careful what you focus on though, as the same thing happens when you think of something you do NOT want.  Let’s try to explain this…<br />
• How often have you found yourself in a similar situation – time and time again?<br />
• How often in relationships have you ‘attracted’ the ‘wrong’ type of person?</p>
<p>The reality is that even though you are devoting your attention and focus to NOT being in these kind of situations, the Universe does not recognise ‘don’t, not and no’.  By playing such thoughts over and over in your mind, as we are prone to do with something we are unhappy about, you are telling the Universe…‘I am keeping this in my attention’…and the Universe responds with…’Okay, I’ll keep giving you more of that’.  Choose your thoughts carefully!  We will look more closely at how to identify who you are and what you want to create in your life later in this module.</p>
<h3>Feelings</h3>
<p><em>“Follow your bliss and doors will open for you that you never knew existed.  Follow your bliss and the Universe will open doors for you where there were only walls.”</em> Joseph Campbell</p>
<p><strong>How do you feel about the following statement?</strong></p>
<p>‘The Law of Attraction is behind everything that happens in your life including success, failure, car crashes, stubbed toes, surprise birthday parties, great friendships, and even rotten friendships!’<br />
Surprised?  Well, by its very definition, the Law of Attraction determines that everything you experience in your life is a result of the thought / emotional vibrations you have created, matched by similar vibrations in the Universe.<br />
• Feel good…and you will attract more of the things that make you feel good<br />
• Feel bad…and you will attract more of the things that make you feel bad</p>
<p>So, if you want to experience something different in your life, whether it’s more money, more love, more freedom, more fun or more adventure, then you need to be able to raise your own thoughts / feelings / vibrational frequency to match the frequency of what you want.<br />
Your feelings / emotions can be used to indicate how closely your own vibration is aligned with that of your desires and the Universal Source of Energy, i.e. your personal Emotional Positioning System (EPS).  Consider where your current feelings are positioned on the emotional scale below.  In order for your thoughts to manifest, your emotions should range between 1 and 5.</p>
<p>1. Bliss – total connection – gratitude – no resistance<br />
2. Joy – happiness – excitement<br />
3. Knowing – love – freedom – calmness<br />
4. Believing – faith – trust<br />
5. Hopefulness – relief – possibility<br />
6. Worry – doubt – discouragement<br />
7. Overwhelmed – pessimism – distraction<br />
8. Irritation – impatience – agitation<br />
9. Aggravation – confusion – irritation<br />
10. Frustration – fear – blame<br />
11. Anger – rage – hate<br />
12. Depression – procrastination – cynicism<br />
13. Powerlessness – isolation – vulnerability</p>
<p>Wherever you are on the emotional scale, concentrate on finding a ‘better feeling’ thought.  It doesn’t have to be a huge leap at first.  For example, if you are in a state of worry, then try and change your thoughts to those of hopefulness – one step up on the scale.  This will automatically raise your emotional vibration.<br />
It’s as simple as that!  Choose to feel happiness and joy – among the higher of the vibrational frequencies – and you will be rewarded with more of the same.  As you begin to use the Law of Attraction consciously in your life, you will become a Master of attracting what you desire by learning to infuse your desires with feeling / emotion and to raise your vibrations through joyful thoughts.<br />
</div>

<span class='fhTabs_titles'><b>Part Three</b></span></p>
<h2>Allowing</h2>
<p>A key step in using the Law of Attraction is the process of allowing.  This is often overlooked in the excitement of deciding on the best thoughts and feelings to manifest our desires.<br />
After choosing what we want and raising our emotional vibration to match our desire and that of the Universe, we often consciously decide to start TAKING ACTION in the hope of making our desires appear.  We might work harder to make more money, or we might join a dating service to meet the partner of our dreams.<br />
To be clear, there is nothing wrong with these actions, but, in accordance with the Law of Attraction, we don’t actually need to DO anything or TRY to make things happen for our desires to manifest.  We simply LET GO and allow the Universe to deliver what we want.  The Universe may require us to act as part of the manifestation process, but this differs from any forced action we may decide to take, and will usually be felt as an impulse or nudge in a certain direction – more on how to recognise Universe-driven action later.<br />
This concept of allowing may be in direct conflict with how we have been brought up, i.e. we are often taught that hard work is a way of life and that nothing comes freely&#8230;.if you want something, you have to work for it, etc.  Prepare to suspend your disbelief; the Law of Attraction simply offers you an alternative path to a similar destination.</p>
<p><strong>So how do we allow?</strong></p>
<p>1. Allowing is learning to LET GO and trusting that the Universe will deliver ‘your order’ in the most beautiful and effortless way possible.  In asking the Universe to manifest our desires, our first question is often ‘HOW will the Universe manifest what I want?’  This is where we frequently go wrong!  You see, we need to LET GO of the HOW and instead focus on the end result.  As far as the Universe is concerned, our desire is already a ‘done deal’, but by refusing to LET GO of the HOW, we resist the process, effectively disallowing or blocking our desires from appearing.<br />
2. To allow, we also need to LET GO of the WHEN.  Feeling impatience about the speed at which the Universe manifests our desires is another way of resisting or disallowing.  Many people struggle with having to wait for the Universe’s timing; they want it now!  However, this puts them in a place of ‘wanting’, and as before, we get what we give our attention to, which in this case is ‘more wanting’.  To be truly in a place of no resistance, we need put our trust in the Universe and affirm to ourselves that our desire is on its way and will manifest at exactly the right time.<br />
3. Finally, we must feel a sense of appreciation.  This can seem difficult if we are currently unhappy with our lives, but, once again, everything comes back to what we focus our thoughts and feelings on.  Even in difficult situations, finding some aspect to appreciate raises our vibration and we immediately begin to attract more things to appreciate.  We could start small with…‘I appreciate my lovely cosy bed’…and build up to…‘I appreciate the challenges in front of me and having the chance to work with such amazing people’.</p>
<h3>Universe-driven action – coincidence and synchronicity</h3>
<p>As we improve our allowing skills, the Universe will provide coincidences for us to notice to help our desires become manifest.  It might be in the form of inspiration to start a business, buy a lottery ticket, attend a lecture, read a particular book, or any number of other actions.<br />
If we ACT on these Divine nudges, more opportunities appear.  This process is referred to as synchronicity, whereby events / opportunities seem to be perfectly orchestrated to appear just when we need them.  By taking these opportunities, we create an opening that can help our desires to become manifest simply and easily, and often quickly.<br />
All we have to do is pay attention to the world around us, listen to our heart and believe that we will be led to where we need to be.  Look for that good feeling – we should feel excited and inspired.  We will touch on this subject again as we progress through this course as it’s a key factor in our ongoing communications with the Universe.<br />

<span class='fhTabs_titles'><b>Part Four</b></span></p>
<h2>Who are you and what do you want to create?</h2>
<p>At this stage, it is important to note that the Law of Attraction teaches us to recognise our personal preferences by becoming aware of our feelings.  By asking yourself, &#8220;Which feels better – this or that?&#8221;, and taking the time to notice your feelings, you can learn much about yourself in a way that can lead to great personal freedom and happiness.<br />
Only you can choose what is best for you.  Knowing and honouring your personal preferences will allow you to naturally fulfil ALL of your life purposes in a way that conforming to other people’s expectations will not.</p>
<h3>Self-actualisation – recognising your potential</h3>
<p>The psychologist, Abraham Maslow defined self-actualisation as the ongoing process of fully developing your personal potential.  He said, “Find out who you are, what you are, what you like and don&#8217;t like, what is good and what is bad for you, where you are going, what your mission is.&#8221;<br />
In order to become an effective self-actualiser, there are some questions that you can ask yourself to get you moving in the right direction:<br />
1. Are you really living?  Are you living a life that you find deeply rewarding and meaningful?  It&#8217;s a question you&#8217;ll need to ask yourself regularly.<br />
2. Are you willing to face your fears?  Are you creating resistance because of fear?  Life choices should be based on a desire to grow, rather than as a reaction to fear.<br />
3. Are you willing to change?  You need to be willing to change, take ACTION and carve out a new direction.<br />
4. Are you willing to take responsibility?  You are the creator of your own reality; don’t wait for someone else to lead your life.  It&#8217;s your life and it’s up to you to make the changes so that your life holds greater fulfilment.<br />
5. Are you willing to revel in your uniqueness?  Creativity is not following the herd – enjoy being different.  Learn to trust and to follow your impulses.<br />
By understanding these aspects of yourself, you will be perfectly placed to use the Law of Attraction to manifest your best desires and realise YOUR potential.</p>
<h3>Contrast to clarity</h3>
<p>Contrast to clarity is another useful process that helps you to use past experiences to determine your future ‘wants’.  By studying different areas of your life, e.g. work, you will be able to identify a range of behaviours, characteristics and feelings that you definitely ‘DON’T want’ to be repeated in future experiences – contrast.  You can then turn each one of these negative elements into a positive element that you ‘DO want’ – clarity.  For example, if you identify ‘poor listener’ as something you ‘DON’T want’ in a future work colleague, you can achieve clarity by simply rephrasing this to be something you ‘DO want’, i.e. ‘great listening skills’.<br />
You now understand that the Law of Attraction brings you what you focus your thoughts and feelings on, so use the process of contrast to clarity to help identify positive and empowering thoughts and feelings from now on!</p>

<p>Take time to ‘listen’ to your internal dialogue, be aware of how you feel in every situation.  Use your EPS to find your place on the scale.  Try raising your emotions to the next level.</p>
<h4>3) Where does your true happiness lie?</h4>
<p>Begin self-actualising – who are you, what are you, what do you and don’t you like, what is good and bad for you, where are you going, what is your mission?  If you don’t know, try asking the Universe to help you find your answers.</p>
<h4>4) Contrast to clarity</h4>
<p>Apply the contrast to clarity process in key aspects of your life that you want to change.  Begin by drawing a table with two columns: ‘Things I DON’T want’ on the left and ‘Things I DO want’ on the right.  Focus on the situation that you want to change, and in the left-hand column write as many things as you can describing what you ‘DON’T want’ to experience.  Then, in the right-hand column, change these statements into experiences that you ‘DO want’.  For example, you might want more money in your life, in which case your table could look something like this…focus on the good.  These are your new thoughts!<strong></strong></p>

Not enough money An abundance of money<br />
I can’t afford to buy what I want I always have enough money to buy what I want<br />

<p>In embarking on this course, you have decided to be the creator of your own reality.  You are already taking steps that are changing the way you think.</p>
<h4>In this module you will learn:</h4>
<p>• To identify and communicate with that part of you that is always connected to Universal Energy – your Inner Self (also known as Higher Self)<br />
Why is this important?  Perfecting the art of thinking of all the wonderful things you want to bring into your life is only part of the process of attraction.  You can go on and on thinking&#8230;but until those thoughts are matched with a strong vibration of emotion / feeling, nothing will be manifested.<br />
The key to ensuring that our personal vibration is pure and powerful is in knowing that our emotions are in communication or ‘alignment’ with our Inner Self.  I will guide you through what that is and how to recognise and communicate with your Inner Self.<br />

<h2>The history of wisdom</h2>
<p><em>“To think healthy is the greatest perfection; Wisdom is to tell the Truth, to act according to Nature, to listen to her.”</em>  Heracleitus<br />
The concepts of wisdom and the Inner Self have been around for millennia.  Since the dawn of time, humans have strived to understand why we are here.  Powerful minds such as Homer, Plato and Socrates sought to learn the source of all knowledge and, along with many others, found that values of truth, honesty, integrity and honour came from somewhere beyond the conscious mind.<br />
These great thinkers recognised the ability to connect with an inner or higher consciousness, i.e. the soul, where freedom, free thinking and inspiration all rested under one banner – wisdom.</p>
<h3>Discovering your Inner Self</h3>
<p>Your Inner Self is believed to be the home of wisdom, and is the source of Universal Energy within our physical body.  Many of us are in touch with our Inner Selves at different times in our lives without even realising it.  Sadly, however, most of us are generally in a state of disconnect.  For example, when we find ourselves in a place of lack or negativity, then we often feel alone.  This feeling is actually a simple indicator that we are disconnected from our Inner Self and the Universe.</p>
<p>Your Inner Self can also be viewed as your Subconscious Mind, i.e. that subtle aspect of every human being that transcends all.  It is widely accepted that the majority of us use only 10% of our brain capacity throughout our lives.  Do you think this allows for creating the BEST YOU right now?  No, of course it doesn’t, but it does reflect the truth that most of us only operate at the level of the Conscious Mind.<br />
It is important to recognise that your Inner Self, i.e. your own personal energy / vibration, is, in fact, a PART of the Universal Source of Energy.  With this understanding, comes the recognition of who you really are and what you have the potential to create…true magnificence!</p>
<h3>Communicating with your Inner Self</h3>
<p>Now that you are armed with some of the fundamental principles required for ‘living’ The Law of Attraction (see Module 1), I want to start introducing some practical aspects to our study&#8230;after all YOU are the creator of your OWN reality.<br />
As you begin your journey of attracting, you will need to put two key processes in place:<br />
• Trust: others may refer to this as faith.  Focus your thoughts on gratitude for all that you are creating as if you already have it…stop noticing that it is missing.  TRUST that the Universe, being a literal source of energy, has said YES and now takes it for granted that the physical manifestation has already happened.<br />
• Connection: be continuously aware of your emotions, i.e. how you feel about any particular subject, situation and decision.  Learn to connect with your Inner Self by understanding how you feel in the presence of positivity and growth.  Conversely, understand how it feels to be in the presence of negativity and contraction.  Once you can quickly identify your position on the EPS Scale (see Module 1), then you are perfectly placed to begin raising your emotional vibration into alignment with that of your desires and the Universe. <br />

<span class='fhTabs_titles'><b>Part Two</b></span></p>
<h2>The importance of controlling your energy</h2>
<p><em>“When you are in doubt, be still, and wait, when doubt no longer exists for you, then go forward with courage.”</em>  Ponca Chief White Eagle, 1800&#8242;s to 1914</p>
<p>Have you ever heard the phrase ‘they’re sapping my energy’ or been in a situation where afterwards you felt drained of energy?  This could be as a result of ‘friends’ intruding on your life, being ‘drama queens’, complaining constantly, criticising you or being unrelentingly negative.  These are classic examples of where others (sometimes quite unknowingly) have been taking your energy in order to raise their own vibrations, i.e. making themselves ‘feel better’ at your expense.  Interesting!  This is why learning to ground your own energy is vital if you want to be an effective manifester. <br />
Meditation is key to controlling your energy.  In the process of meditation, you call on your Inner Self, which is where your energy is at its highest vibration, and put steps in place to ground and centre your energy.  This is important because as you raise your vibration through meditation, your atoms start to vibrate at a higher frequency, becoming brighter in their movement and more attractive to lower vibrational energy.  I will describe in more detail an effective way to ground and centre your energy later in this Module.</p>
<h3>The importance of meditation</h3>
<p>Meditation allows you to quieten your mind, to look and feel from the inside, and to reconnect your energies back to the Universal Source of Energy.  This is the point where your conversations with your Inner Self begin.<br />
There are many different ways to meditate.  As you become more confident in meditation, your inner energy will let you know when you are connecting with your Inner Self in the most powerful way possible.  You can recognise the quality of your alignment by noticing how you feel, which is why it is important to be consciously aware of your emotions during meditation – these are your alignment indicators.<br />

<span class='fhTabs_titles'><b>Part Three</b></span></p>
<h2>Meditation techniques</h2>
<p>1. Quieten your mind <br />
In the process of communicating with your Inner Self, you must disconnect from the continuous mind chatter that we each experience all day, every day.  Imagine a flock of starlings in a tree.  How noisy they are, but by simply clapping your hands, you can make them fly away, bringing peace in an instant.<br />
The simplest way to quieten your mind is to learn to breathe – many of us do not ‘breathe’ properly!<br />
• First, find a quiet place to sit or lie for the period of your meditation.  Somewhere you will not be disturbed.  Do whatever it takes to ensure this – take your phone off the hook, turn off your mobile!  Put on some low, calming music if you like and get comfortable.<br />
• Now, begin to listen to your breathing.  Take long, slow breaths – in through your nose and out through your mouth.  As you do this, you will feel more and more of your lungs filling with air.  Be conscious of the cold air flowing in through your nostrils and pushing its way into your lungs, expelling the old, stale air.  Feel the warm air travelling back up and leaving through your mouth.<br />
2. Ground your energy<br />
• Next, you need to ground your energy.  As you continue to take long, slow breaths, start to picture or visualise in your mind’s eye roots growing outward from your body.  These roots can be any texture, shape or colour you want.  If you prefer to visualise tentacles rather than roots, go right ahead.  Choose whatever is easier for you.<br />
• Now, feel these roots slowly growing and making their way down through the ground.  Hear in your mind the sound of them pushing their way towards the Earth’s core.  Your grounding is specific to you, so spend some time trying different visualisations on this theme to find the one that feels right for you. <br />
3. Call vibrational energy to you<br />
• Next, with your breathing slow and steady, and your roots grounded, you must begin to call vibrational energy to you.  A simple way to do this is to work with the colours of the rainbow – all colours are vibrational energy.<br />
• Start by visualising shades of red, orange and yellow surrounding your feet.  Take time to really see all the beautiful shades of each colour, and imagine them vibrating around your feet and calves.  Then bring in the greens, from light to dark shades, and imagine them vibrating around your thighs and hips.  Next, bring in the blues, again from light to dark shades, and imagine them vibrating around your stomach and chest.  Finally, add the purples, from light to dark shades, and imagine them vibrating around your neck and head.<br />
4. Connect to Universal Energy<br />
• Now visualise pure white energy coming from the crown of your head and let it travel like a beam of light out into the Universe.  Picture it returning to you full of vibrational Source Energy.<br />
• Feel the white, vibrational energy returning from the Universe move vertically down through your body from the crown of your head to the tip of your toes, while the other colours are absorbed around your body – let the energy flow through you.  Allow yourself all the time you need to really grasp the details of your visualisation.  You might find that your heart rate changes.  You may find yourself smiling for no reason.  This is fine!  Acknowledge any changes and thank the Universe for them.<br />
5. Centre your energy<br />
• When you feel ready, bring all the colours into you and acknowledge they are now with you and are helping you to raise your own vibrational energy.<br />
• Finally, allow the outside world to slowly filter back in as you become fully conscious again.<br />

<h2>How to raise your vibration</h2>
<p>There are many ways to raise your vibration, and you will start to become aware of the different feelings you have when your energy starts to change.<br />
But how can you feel or raise vibrational energy?  Try these simple exercises:<br />
• Sitting or standing, put your hands out in front of you, palms facing inwards.  Make sure that they are level and about six inches apart.  Now very slowly start bringing your hands together and be aware of the feeling you get in the space between them as your hands get closer and closer together.  Many people feel a build up of resistance or heat in the space – this is vibrational energy.<br />
• Try to maintain correct breathing (long, slow breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth, as in the meditation technique described above), even when you are out and about.  Just stop now and again – be aware.<br />
• Being positive is one sure way to raise your vibration.  Being aware of your emotions will help you feel your way to the right positive thought and vibration.<br />
• Express appreciation and gratitude.  By holding these feelings in your thoughts, you will always maintain a high vibration.</p>
<h3>Recognising energy</h3>
<p>So, how are you feeling now?  You may feel as if you have simply been reminded of a long-held, deep-felt truth or you may feel as if you are on the brink of a whole new and exciting discovery.  Either way, your energy is changing.  But, how can you carry on recognising energy?  How can you be aware of other energy around you?<br />
One useful indicator of energy change is to ask the Universe where your yes point is and where your no point is.  Let me explain!  This can be done as part of your meditation, when you are fully connected to your Inner Self and the Universal Source of Energy.  Simply ask where your yes point is and be aware in which part of your body you get a sensation or feeling.  Don’t spend time thinking about this; just take the first sensation that comes to you.  It might be your hand, your knee, your forehead&#8230;acknowledge the spot and thank the Universe.  Likewise for your no point!<br />
Then, when you are faced with difficult or challenging situations, use these indicators to tell you what feels right.  Ask the Universe and if you get a tingle or sensation in your yes spot, go for it!  The situation will be good for your energy!  Conversely, a tingle in your no spot means that the situation will not be good for your energy, so make your excuses and leave.</p>
<h3>Raising your vibrational energy through healing</h3>
<p>As energy beings, everyone has the ability to heal.  In this early stage of your study into the Law of Attraction, we will look at the value of healing your self belief.  Sometimes in the physical body, only by going through the process of self-healing can energy really begin to move. <br />
So many people allow self-limiting beliefs to hold them back.  They let other people’s opinions of them take hold and guide their choices, thoughts, feelings and, ultimately, their lives.<br />
One good exercise in self-healing is to look in a mirror and say I love and forgive myself.  Repeat this phrase to your mirror image every day until it becomes a part of your consciousness – your vibration will rise and alignment with your Inner Self and the Universe will follow.<br />

<h3>Understanding our connection with dreams</h3>
<p>Did you know that dreams have been studied as far back as 4,000 B.C.?  It is interesting to note that many great writers and musicians have cited ‘dream inspiration’ as the creative spark behind their most important work.  One concept suggests that dreams are suppressed thoughts unable to be expressed in our waking state; in Ancient Egypt, dreams were believed to be Divine predictions of the future.<br />
Science tells us that the mind stores information like a computer and during our unconscious ‘sleep time’ the brain carries on processing the information we inputted throughout the day.<br />
Sleep is also a time when questions are answered.  Have you ever gone to bed pondering on a solution to a problem, or trying to find another way of doing things?  You fall asleep not knowing the answer, only to wake up and find that an idea suddenly ‘pops’ into your head!<br />
We, as energy beings, have the ability to connect back to the Universal Source of Energy while the human body is asleep.  Questions are delivered to the Universe, back to where all knowledge originates and the answer obtained! </p>
<h3>Lucid dreaming</h3>
<p>I mention lucid dreaming as opposed to normal dreaming here because as you begin to understand energy and how to use it, you become faced with the very real possibility of being able to consciously change what you dream about.  In a sense, you could continue your inner conversation with the Universe while you sleep!<br />
There has been much study and scientific analysis on the concept of lucid dreaming.  Experienced lucid dreamers can actually rehearse situations in preparation for their waking life, e.g. presentations or interviews, overcoming fears, dealing with creative, personal and problem-solving situations.  The possibilities are endless!  Imagine becoming so good at applying the Law of Attraction that you not only determine your thoughts, feelings and reality, but you start to determine your own dreams too!</p>
<h3>Dreaming and the Universe</h3>
<p>From a personal perspective, and coming from a spiritual background, I have always found dreams to be a communication from the Universe, and I often see Universal messages delivered through dreams.  Looking at dreams from a ‘Law of Attraction’ perspective, this interpretation gathers momentum.<br />
We, by whom I mean our energy beings, are released from our physical bodies while in any state of unconsciousness.  Effectively, our energy re-merges with the Universal Source of Energy while we sleep; rather like an external motherboard being plugged back into a mainframe computer.  All of our experiences and information from the day are uploaded to the Universe and any new information, such as answers to questions, that we need is downloaded – how cool is that!<br />

<h4>1. Become aware of your Inner Self</h4>
<p>Start becoming aware of your Inner Self and the change in energy you feel in certain situations.  Recognise when your energy feels higher or lower, when it seems to be flowing into you or draining away.</p>
<h4>2. Practise personal grounding</h4>
<p>Start by finding 30 minutes every day, first thing is preferable, to begin creating your own personal grounding technique.  Try various visualisations and see which feels right for you in terms of the texture, the vision, the colour and the sound.  Make sure you choose a visualisation that is easy to recall and that you fully relate to.</p>
<h4>3. Develop your own meditation</h4>
<p>Experiment with how best to see the colours and how they surround you – they may appear as bands of colour or mist and cloud, solid or gas.</p>
<h4>4. Perfect your breathing</h4>
<p>Practise your breathing daily and through the week be aware of your internal indicators to events, situations or communications with others.  How do you feel?  Does the situation feel right?  Do you want to go along with this idea – yes or no?<br />

<h2>What are Chakras?</h2>
<p>When the Universal Source Energy flows through our own energy field, it enters our physical being via seven unseen centres known as Chakras.  If you can imagine how you absorb the warmth of the sun, this is also how you absorb light and colour from the Universe.<br />
Our Chakras are the main energy points for our spiritual potential.  As entry levels for energy and light vibrating at particular frequencies, sometimes old negative patterns or emotional debris can get caught up in our Chakras.  This needs to be cleared in order for the Chakras to open fully and come into alignment and balance.</p>
<h3>Understanding your Chakras</h3>
<p>Each Chakra has a specific function and colour, and is located at one of seven sites in the body:<br />
• Base Chakra<br />
– Located at the base of the spine<br />
– Represents the root/ grounding necessities of life<br />
– Brings our desires, thoughts and talents into the physical world<br />
– Colour is shades of red<br />
• Sacral Chakra<br />
– Located in the stomach area<br />
– Represents creativity and movement<br />
– Allows creative ability and imagination energy to be channelled through us<br />
– Colour is shades of orange<br />
• Solar Plexus Chakra<br />
– Located centrally at the base of the ribcage<br />
– Represents personality and is our seat of personal power<br />
– Here reside the energies that form our values, our sense of honour and integrity, i.e. what we will and will not accept<br />
– Colour is shades of yellow<br />
• Heart Chakra<br />
– Located in the heart<br />
– Represents the heart at the centre of our being – allows the Universal Energy to flow through us<br />
– Here resides love for ourselves and others<br />
– Colour is shades of pink and green<br />
• Throat Chakra<br />
– Located in the throat<br />
– Represents speech and communication<br />
– Here is where our thoughts and feelings are given sound<br />
– Colour is shades of green moving to blue<br />
• Brow (3rd eye) Chakra<br />

<h3>Awakening your Chakras</h3>
<p>Awakening your Chakras can be done as part of your meditation.  Once you have grounded your energies and visualised and absorbed the colours, as described in the meditation section of Module 2, it is time to awaken your Chakras.<br />
Begin by becoming aware of your spinal column from your head down to the base of your spine.  Energies are always moving along your spine, from the physical level to the ‘unseen’ more subtle inner level.  By focusing inwardly through your meditation you can become aware of these energies.<br />
NB: There are a number of ways you can ‘choose’ to visualise the opening of your Chakras.  Some people like to see them as ‘cog wheels’, while others prefer to picture the sliding of a lid allowing light to enter.  Whatever your imagination decides is right for you is fine.  However, it is important that you always imagine your Chakras opening in a ‘clockwise’ direction.<br />
Work through your Chakras one at a time, beginning with the Base Chakra, and focusing on the colour and what each one represents as you ‘ask’ it to slowly open / awaken.  Be aware of the energy that starts to connect at each of these centres.  At the Crown Chakra, visualise it opening and releasing a white beam of light up into the Universe.  This beam of light will join with the Universal Source Energy to give you a complete connection.<br />
You are now ready to create!</p>

Awakening your attraction being</h2>
<p>As you begin to acknowledge and accept the ‘inner you’, through the processes of meditation and Chakra alignment, you should also take some time to explore how the ‘outer you’ lines up with your ‘inner’ essence.<br />
Does your outer self, who may still be influenced by outside thoughts and opinions, reflect your new inner feelings of happiness, peace, contentment and well being?  How does your outer self view your abilities, strengths or dreams?  Look back over your life – who do you feel has been dictating events up until now&#8230;the inner or outer you?<br />
Once you have recognised who you really are, i.e. an energy being that constantly vibrates with radiance, then you will begin to understand your ability to physically create from the inside by everything you think, do or say.  This knowledge will give you the strength and confidence to stop living by other people’s standards and expectations and you will realise that, as the creator of your own reality, it is only your preferences, standards and expectations that matter.</p>
<h3>Attracting the right people into your life</h3>
<p>What do you want from the people in your life?<br />
• Loyalty?<br />
• Respect?<br />
• Reliability?<br />
• Fun?<br />
Have you found that you always end up attracting the same type of person into your life, even if you didn’t think so at first?  Are you tired of being disappointed by people you thought were trustworthy?<br />
Take some time to use the Contrast to Clarity table from Module 1 to identify all the elements of your past friendships / partnerships you ‘do NOT want’ to repeat and then transform these into elements that you ‘DO want’ going forward.  Studying your past experiences in this way is only helpful in as much as it provides you with a measure of contrast for deciding what you want now.<br />
Well done!  You have identified the thoughts and feelings you need to attract the right people into your life.  Now all you have to do is…ALLOW.<br />
 Write a statement describing your perfect friendship, based on your ‘DO want’ list, as if it is ALREADY happening.  Repeat this statement to yourself daily, first thing in the morning, and then release it and go about your day while making a point of holding on to your best thoughts and feelings.</p>
<h3>Attracting love into your life</h3>
<p><em>“Life without love is like a tree without blossoms or fruit.”</em>Kahlil Gibran</p>
<p>Aha, so now we get to an interesting part.  What is it that you want from a love relationship? <br />
• Companionship?<br />
• Affection?<br />
• Communication?<br />
• Passion?<br />
• Faithfulness?<br />
Using the same process that we have just used to attract the perfect friendship, take some time to study your past love relationships.  Once again, use the Contrast to Clarity table to make a list of all the elements within those past relationships, e.g. the situations, the feelings, the tensions, that you ‘do NOT want’ to experience again.  Then, using contrast, identify ALL the elements you ‘DO want’ – really go to town! <br />
Now create your statement embodying all the qualities, feelings and values that you want in your ideal love relationship.  Write the statement as if this relationship is ALREADY with you and that you are living and loving it.  Read your statement on a daily basis and FEEL the love and joy it creates in you.  Then let it go and hold onto your best thoughts and feelings as you go about your day.<br />

<h2>Nature’s involvement</h2>
<p>In our quest to fully understand and see the power of the Law of Attraction working in our lives, it would be remiss of us not to consider the most powerful evidence of all…Nature.  We already know the Law states that the essence of that which is like unto itself is drawn.  This is never more apparent than when we walk outside and observe Nature in action.<br />
A perfect example of the synchronicity between the Universal Source of Energy and the natural world is the intricate balance between flowering plants and insects.  This relationship benefits both parties and is based on the natural law of giving and receiving. <br />
Look at the seasons!  It is truly amazing to witness the natural and effortless energy transitions that occur from Winter to Spring, to Summer and then to Autumn, before beginning again.  These changes show us how the Law of Attraction really works, when nature is simply in the NOW, ever accepting and allowing.<br />
Love and the Spirit of Attraction<br />
So, what is the true spirit of attraction?  Every known religion or spiritual concept in our world today can be tied in some way to the Law of Attraction, and in each written scripture or passed-down doctrine, the references to aspects of this law are undeniable.  On delving deeper into the philosophies of our sacred traditions, it becomes abundantly clear that a common thread binds them all together – each one regards LOVE as the basis for our actions, words and thoughts.<br />
When you can awaken your spiritual side, e.g. through meditation and Chakra alignment, you activate a pure channel to absolute LOVE and, in doing so, you will find it easier to align with the Universal Source of Energy.<br />
All energy is based on unconditional LOVE.  The more LOVE we express and experience in our human forms, the greater the expansion of energy in the Universe.<br />
Make a commitment to act with kindness and LOVE to yourself and others.  Be of service to those around you, and, by the Law of Attraction, you too will experience this behaviour in your own life.  Smile wherever you go and notice how people respond with a smile in return.<br />
It is an amazing feeling to have brightened someone’s day.</p>
<h3>Joy and the Spirit of Attraction</h3>
<p>Three words – JOY is everything.<br />
Being in a state of JOY means that we are vibrating at the same level as our Universal Source.  In JOY, there is no resistance to who you really are – you radiate well being and happiness.<br />
Most people do not feel they are able to reach JOY.  This is where our EPS Scale helps us (see Module 1).  As long as you can identify and acknowledge the feelings that you are currently experiencing, then it only takes a small shift in your emotion to raise your vibration to the next level.<br />
For instance, if you are currently feeling ‘frustrated’, rather than compounding that frustration further by trying to make the huge leap to JOY, try instead to achieve HOPE.  This is a much closer vibration on the EPS Scale and is, therefore, much easier to focus on.  From HOPE, you could step to RELIEF&#8230;then POSSIBILITY&#8230;then BELIEF&#8230;and before you know it…<br />
Rest assured that JOY is always calling to you and it is a magnetic force that will not be ignored!<br />

<span class='fhTabs_titles'><b>Part Four</b></span></p>
<h2>Vibration of the soul</h2>
<p>In your journey to match your vibrations with those of the Universal Source, you may find yourself experiencing events and meeting people that aren’t necessarily in line with how you ‘think’ your life should be unfolding.  In times like these, you simply have to trust your ‘soul’, i.e. your Inner Self, and go where it leads you.<br />
I first received a clear message about the importance of trusting my ‘soul’ some years ago, while working on contracts in Corporate Finance.  Over the course of my day-to-day work, I noticed that I was increasingly being sent on jobs whereby I ‘connected’ with people that needed my assistance above and beyond the normal scope of my daily duties.  One particular contract I was assigned to was with a South African airline based in Surrey, and I was asked to go to South Africa for a week to review their company work practices.<br />
This presented quite a challenge for me, as a single parent with three of my four children still living at home, and as I made the necessary arrangements, I questioned the wisdom of my own company in sending me on this trip.  Upon arriving in South Africa, I was introduced to those I would be working with, ALL of whom warned me to keep away from a certain colleague, Ann, known for her terrible temper.<br />
One lunch time, while eating in the cafeteria, I was unexpectedly joined by Ann!  As we began to converse, I discovered that she was going through a nasty divorce whereby her ex-husband was trying to take everything she owned.  With this new insight into the source of her ‘terrible temper’, I began helping her to view her situation from a different perspective.  We worked on grounding and protecting her energies, and talked together all week long.  On my last day, I gave Ann my favourite crystal to use with her meditations, and flew home to my family, happy to have helped.<br />
About 3 weeks later, I received an amazing email from Ann: “Edel, I can’t thank you enough.  You have changed my life!  I have now started self-awareness classes and am taking back control.  I have bought every crystal under the sun, and meditate and do protection every day.  My ex-husband has backed off completely and has even agreed to compromise, so I will not be losing the house after all.  Everything is good”.<br />
Then I KNEW why I had been sent to South Africa&#8230;the Universe was calling to my soul!</p>
<h3>Your soul journey</h3>
<p>As you start to look at your experiences in more detail, you will become aware that the Universe is in constant conversation with you. <br />
As an example of how a conversation between yourself and the Universe might go, imagine that you are experiencing a shortage of money.  You have used the three key elements of the Law of Attraction, i.e. thoughts, feelings and allowing, to draw more money to you, but nothing seems to be happening.  During your lunch hour one day, a friend takes you to a different sandwich shop from the one you normally visit.  While you are waiting to be served, you overhear a conversation between two senior people in your department.  They are talking about the need to set up a new role&#8230;a role you can do!<br />
Now, you could leave that thought there and do no more about it OR you can recognise this for what it is – a nudge from the Universe – and ACT. <br />
No matter what happens throughout your life, good or bad, there is ALWAYS a message there – an answer to your questions.  This might come in the form of a chance meeting, a song you hear, or a line from a film – it can be anywhere and everywhere.<br />
You must listen, be aware and ACT on the messages or coincidences presented to you.  We will explore further the importance of recognising coincidences when manifesting your desires in Module 4.<br />

<h2>ACTIONS OF THE WEEK</h2>
<p><strong>1. Awaken your Chakras</strong></p>
<p>Allow time in your meditation to work through the Chakra-opening process.  Visualise their location, colour, function and how they open to release vibrational energy.  It may take several meditations to recognise your connection and new communication with your Chakras, so really take the time to get to know this new part of you.  Keep a journal of any changes in how you feel as you become aware of them – this will help you measure your development.<br />
<strong>2. Recognise your inner energy<br />
</strong>As you begin to recognise the feelings you get from your inner energy, let this be your indicator throughout the day.  In any situation, consciously look at the way you are feeling and notice if you feel any different to how you would normally expect.<br />
<strong>3. Create your friendship / love contrast</strong><br />
When you write your lists for your friendships / love relationships, notice how you feel as you write your ‘do NOT wants’ and recognise this feeling as being ‘out of alignment’ with your thoughts.  Similarly with the ‘DO wants’, notice those feelings and let this be your indicator of being ‘in alignment’ with your thoughts.  Give yourself time in your day or evening to work on this – focus your attention on YOU.<br />
<strong>4. Converse with the Universe</strong><br />
Now that you have connected to your inner energy, it is time to begin your conversation with the Universe.  You are now aware of your inner voice and it is this that you will recognise as conducting your conversation.  As you consciously start to adjust your thinking to bring what you want into the now, look at what your energy is telling you in your body and in your mind BEFORE you start questioning it.<br />
<strong>5. Find appreciation</strong><br />
Start to think about the appreciation you are finding in things around you, the gratitude you have.  It can be silently in your head or out loud if you’re walking in a secluded park or woods.  Again, notice how this feels and notice how things and people around react to you.  Getting good at manifesting is all about looking within and as you continue to practise, you will find it becomes easier and easier to attract your desires.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When you work with the Law of Attraction, learning to define the exact words and beliefs behind your thoughts helps you to have a clear conversation with the Universe. <br />
This module is designed to help you to break free from long-held social constraints / beliefs concerning how you attract and expect wealth and prosperity.  We will look at all forms of prosperity and investigate how you can begin to feel rich in your experiences.<br />
Before beginning this module, it is important to remember that wealth and prosperity are simply a point of view, and are individual to each person.  Monetary wealth in itself is not necessarily the key to an abundant life.  You will see phases throughout history, where successful people, following social pressures, gained monetary wealth from working all hours, but at great cost to their personal lives.  There have been others who have found complete connection in love for all things with no monetary wealth – Mahatma Gandhi is one such individual.  He found wealth and prosperity through helping other to find their true connection and was responsible for a banding together of thousands upon thousands of people.<br />
Whichever aspect is important to you, let that be your focus going forward in the conscious creation of your own wealth and prosperity.<br />

<h2>The truth about wealth</h2>
<p>The way in which we were brought up, and what we have absorbed and listened to our past, has played a key role in influencing how we formulate truths about certain subjects today.  Money, wealth and prosperity are the most common area where truths fall across a broad spectrum of understanding.</p>
<h3>Consider these two conflicting statements:</h3>
<p>• Money brings happiness<br />
• Money is the route of all evil                                                                                                                   …so which is it?<br />
Well, the answer to that depends on what you have been taught to believe or what you have experienced in your life.  In fact, very few of us are born into wealth, i.e. always having an abundance of money flowing to us, and simply don’t have the inherent mental pathways in place for true ‘wealth appreciation’.<br />
We see many people become instant millionaires through lotteries, game shows or prize draws; however, for the majority of these lucky winners, either…<br />
…they don’t seem to be able hang on to their new-found wealth for very long, or…                                 …they don’t find the happiness they thought their millions would bring them.<br />
So what is going wrong with our perception of wealth?</p>
<h3>Discover brainpower</h3>
<p>The power of the mind is an enormous factor in creating external conditions, particularly when many people are focusing their thought vibrations on a specific subject.<br />
Have you noticed that newspapers and news programmes concentrate primarily on bad news?  This is a very deliberate strategy for grabbing people’s attention and selling papers/ airtime.  However, what also happens, with enough people buying into the news and holding it in their thought processes, is that there is a mass vibrational focus on the bad events, which results in a ripple effect and huge attraction&#8230;of more of the same!<br />
For example, in highly publicised and reported times of financial strain and lack, mass consciousness focusing on the fear of such lack radiates out and draws in…recession and economic slump!<br />
As a powerful creator of your reality, it is essential that your mind is focused on thoughts of your abundance and well being, and is not influenced by outside negative sources.  By thinking ‘wealthily’ and engaging in actions to keep this in your thought process, you harness the Law of Attraction to bring you exactly what you desire.</p>
<h3>Forgiving yourself</h3>
<p>‘Handed-down’ ideas and beliefs, perhaps from influential people in your life, can fundamentally oppose your attraction of success, wealth and happiness.  In learning to awaken all aspects of who you truly are, and in the discovery that these old beliefs can be changed for the better, you will experience a sense of release.<br />
Now is the time for you to re-define who you are and what you truly believe.  Cast off the shackles of old ideas and begin the conscious creation of your own wealth and prosperity.<br />
Berating yourself because your life isn’t moving forward or you have not been able to attract the things you want, is not the answer.  You must learn to forgive yourself!  After all, you were simply acting on pre-conditioned notions and, of course, attracting matching experiences – this, you can change.<br />
Life is always a learning process and anything that hasn’t worked for you in the past can be used as contrast to create your new story.<br />
</div>

<span class='fhTabs_titles'><b>Part Two</b></span></p>
<h2>Re-conditioning your mind</h2>
<p>In Module 4, we looked at de-cluttering your mind using your meditation skills to allow you to sift through and prioritise your positive / negative thoughts and beliefs and to release all unproductive elements.  You are likely to have uncovered some beliefs on wealth during this process.<br />
Consider those who guided your views as you grew up.  Did they say that you should be frugal or frivolous with your money?  Did they say that money comes easily or that working hard was the only way to make money?  If you were guided from a place of ‘lack’, your own in-built belief is also likely to be one of lack.<br />
Think of your advisors once again.  What were their lives like – abundant or penny pinching? Can you see a connection between what they believed and their living realities?<br />
We know that the Law of Attraction states that ‘that which is like unto itself is drawn’, therefore, your mind and thoughts must be focused on the positive aspects of wealth and prosperity in order to attract both into your experience.  This is achieved by replacing past beliefs stemming from lack with new beliefs of abundance. <br />
Trust in the process and absolutely know that the Universe is delivering.</p>
<h3>Identifying your beliefs</h3>
<p>To create the manifestation of your wealth and prosperity, your mind and beliefs must hold no self-limiting values in these areas.  In order for you to move on to the creation of your wealth thoughts, take time to really look at what beliefs you hold and why.<br />
Identify any old beliefs that stem from a place of lack and acknowledge these as out-dated.  You could then use Contrast to clarity, as described in Module 1, to replace them with new beliefs of abundance and happiness.<br />
You will have already begun to change some of your old beliefs simply by connecting with your energy being and the Universe, through the meditation and visualisation skills learned in earlier modules. <br />
Once you can comfortably view your thoughts and beliefs with the expectation of receiving everything you desire, then you are ready to create.</p>
<h3>Letting go</h3>
<p>This may seem a daunting prospect for some – I refer to it as jumping off a cliff.<br />
When you face a new paradigm, i.e. something that is a complete change from anything you have previously done or believed, it is as if you are standing on the edge of a cliff preparing to jump into the sea below.  It is here, in summoning the courage to make the leap, undeterred by a fear of landing, that you will find your new belief.<br />
Many of us have difficulty in graciously and gratefully accepting all that we desire, particularly in relation to money.  So much of our past conditioning has led us to believe that there is something inherently wrong or immoral about being wealthy.  In fact, sometimes our ingrained beliefs against wealth run so deep that we can only accept that we must work hard to earn our way or that wealth can by achieved by others but not by us.<br />
By accepting that, in using the Law of Attraction, we tune into the unlimited source that is the Universe, with its fundamental principles of energy and expansion based on abundance, joy, happiness and love, then it almost goes without saying that the more we can experience of these things in our lives, the more the Universe delivers to us and, ultimately, expands in itself.<br />
As we have previously explored, when using the Law of Attraction to manifest your desires, it is your job to create the THOUGHTS and FEELINGS.  The HOW is the job of the Universe.  You are then responsible for ‘ALLOWING’, and this is where you LET GO.  You only need to find the feelings of happiness, appreciation and exhilaration at the wealth and prosperity you have created.<br />
Take the leap – believe your desire is already manifested – it’s a done deal.<br />

<h2>Align wealth to you</h2>
<p><em>“Abundance is not something we acquire.  It is something we tune into.”</em>  Wayne Dyer<br />
Once you can accept that it is the natural law of the Universe for all living beings to experience absolute love, brought through the creation of individual desires, and that it is our natural state to live wealthy, successful lives, then you are already bringing yourself into natural alignment.<br />
Pure, positive energy is the natural state of all things and the Universal principles, i.e. that we are all connected and are all parts of the same whole, mean that we have powerful backup in our manifestations.<br />
With this knowledge, you can confidently release your thoughts for attracting your desires and create in your mind and body the belief that these have already been manifested.  Then, by not focusing directly on the desire, but finding everything and every way to experience happiness, joy and appreciation, you will be vibrating at the correct frequency for the Universe to send the vibrational match.</p>
<h3>Create your ‘Money wish list’</h3>
<p>Follow these basic steps:<br />
1. Become very clear about what you want to do with money you receive<br />
• Start by making a ‘Money Wish List’<br />
• Write down everything you would spend your first 100,000 on<br />
• Find out how much each item costs and keep a cash flow list until you have spent 100,000 – at least on paper<br />
2. See yourself living the lifestyle you&#8217;ve described in your ‘Money Wish List’.  Take each item on the list and explore it thoroughly.<br />
• What will you do?<br />
• Where will you go?<br />
• Do you want a new house?  Visualise going from room to room and picture yourself and your family living comfortably in a magnificent home.<br />
• What type of car do you want?  Visit dealerships and test-drive the car of your dreams.  Get and keep a picture of your dream car where you&#8217;ll see it often<br />
• Do you want to invest?  Learn everything you can about how and where to invest. Take courses, read books, subscribe to investment magazines.  Go through the motions of investing in the stock market and see how well you do.</p>
<h3>Visualise prosperity</h3>
<p>It is scientifically acknowledged that what you keep as a continuous thought the brain takes on as fact; therefore, new thoughts start to become the norm.<br />
To become a millionaire in prosperity, you must ‘see it, feel it, taste it’ and BELIEVE.  The ‘creating’ only happens when emotion is involved and when you ALLOW.  It helps to live your new lifestyle in theory before it actually manifests.<br />
A client of mine, Roy, was struggling badly with money and couldn’t make ends meet.  I helped him to devise his ‘Money Wish List’ and to visualise how he would spend and live with his new envisaged level of income.  It took Roy a few weeks and a few sessions to let go of his limiting beliefs about wealth and to establish a new confident belief structure. <br />
With his new beliefs firmly in place, Roy used his savings to enrol in an intensive course that related to his profession and within 2 months had secured a job with an increased salary of an extra 10,000 per year.  On completing his course, he also started to advertise for private work, which built its own momentum, and eventually Roy was able to start his own business.  He now earns four times what he did when he first came to see me.</p>
<h3>Move downstream</h3>
<p>It is important, when pulling together the practical applications for attracting all desires to you, that this is done with 100% belief in the process.  Any doubt, whether it be self-limiting beliefs or insecurities around new concepts will create resistance.<br />
Imagine that you are paddling a boat UPSTREAM in a fast moving river.  All that hard work, for very little movement!  If you would only allow your boat to go with the flow, it would automatically and naturally move downstream with the current.<br />
By applying this simple analogy to your creation process, i.e. by letting go of all resistance, you automatically begin to align your energy with the flow of the Universe and will attract your desires into being. <br />
</div>

<span class='fhTabs_titles'><b>Part Four</b></span></p>
<h3>Open up</h3>
<p>It amazes me, when talking to people around the world, just how embarrassed they are to outwardly show happiness and exhilaration.  Why?  Perhaps social conditioning dictates that they must restrain themselves or perhaps they are affected by what others think. <br />
Break free of these limitations.  You won’t attract anything by just sitting at home changing your thoughts.  This is not how we came here to experience life – it’s okay to feel and show happiness!  In fact, it’s contagious and what could be better while you are creating your magnificent reality, then to help raise the vibration of others.</p>
<h3>Treat money well to attract more</h3>
<p>“If I had money, I would treat it so well”<br />
This general way of thinking fails in two ways:<br />
1) It is a statement of lack<br />
2) As you come to understand the principles of the Law of Attraction, you will understand that your thoughts already have to treat money well for there to be an abundance of it<br />
So how can you do this when it has not manifested yet?  This is where appreciation comes in.  When you receive money, either by cheque or bank transfer, allow yourself some time to appreciate its arrival.<br />
• Cheques: don’t pay them in immediately.  Take time to look at them and appreciate this money coming to you, together with the expectation of more.<br />
• Bank transfers (e.g. wages): set up a spreadsheet as they come in.  Put down the full amount and then add all the things that you are going to spend that money on.<br />
• Bills: obviously bills have to be taken into account.  Here again, appreciation comes in to play.  Instead of viewing a bill as money lost, view it with gratitude for all that you have received in return, e.g. be grateful for the calls you make to your family and friends as you pay the phone bill, be grateful for the comfortable home you live in as you pay the mortgage or rent.<br />
These perceptions help you to receive and spend your money from a higher vibration, which tells the Universe that you like money and are perfectly aligned to receive more.</p>
<h3>Make yourself a spending plan</h3>
<p>Along with your money wish list, create a spending plan.  This is another ‘positive’ term that allows you to view spending money as fun – all raising your vibration. <br />
• Rather than a cash flow you have a wish list<br />
• Instead of a budget you have a spending plan<br />
Once you have created your spreadsheet showing the money coming to you and have fully appreciated the money that goes out for essentials, give yourself an allowance for fun spending.  If you love to read magazines or watch DVDs, buy flowers or clothes, then allocate an allowance for one thing you love each month and feel the happiness and appreciation in that spending.<br />

<h2>ACTIONS OF THE WEEK</h2>
<p><strong>1. Re-write the news</strong><br />
Start to become aware of the content of newspapers and news programmes.  Take notice of the negative messages being given, but do not focus on them.  Try instead to put the messages into a positive perspective.<br />
<strong>2. Recognise your ‘wealth influences’</strong><br />
Give yourself time to recognise what influences your thinking regarding money, wealth and prosperity.  If you find that these influences are coming from a place of lack, acknowledge that they were given to you through a sense of caring and find the abundant equivalent with which to replace them. <br />
<strong>3. Let go and move downstream</strong><br />
Spend time acknowledging where your resistance lies and using your meditation and visualisation skills to allow yourself to let go.  Really start to feel you are moving downstream and, as you do, appreciate everything that you spend your money on and be grateful for the additional wealth coming to you.<br />
<strong>4. Create your ‘Money wish list’<br />
</strong>Have fun creating your personal ‘Money wish list’ – make it BIG.  Have a figure in mind, and then have fun investigating all the things you would buy with that money.  Put the monetary amounts down until you have spent it all.  Really imagine you have these new wonderful items: see yourself on the beach of the holiday you purchased; smell the leather in the new car you are driving; love the feeling of having so much money you can buy anything you want.<br />
<strong>5. Create your spending plan<br />
</strong>Turn paying the bills into an appreciation exercise!  Look at all the value you get from everything you pay for.  Add your fun spending.  Pick a different thing every month if you like.  Notice when items from your wish list transfer to your spending plan, and as you recognise this, feel the joy of knowing that this is your creation.<br />

Awesome!  You are now pulling together all the components you need to become a truly conscious creator and to build the new, fabulous reality that is your choice, your desire, your future.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In this module, I want to build more on the concept of the Universe as a creative and continuously expanding source of energy, and we humans as energy / spiritual beings, derived from this source, having a temporary human experience.  This is in opposition to the generally held perception of us as human beings having an occasional energy / spiritual experience.<br /> In this attraction-based Universe, all components come together in pure positive energy.   We, as energy beings in physical bodies, are here to create life experiences and so expand the Universal energy.<br /> In coming into our physical bodies, we relinquish the full memory of our energy connection in favour of having a human experience and are subjected to influences that do not always bring us into alignment with the Universe and its laws.<br /> <div class='fhTabs_divs fhTabs_curr_div' id='fhTabs_0_4418'>
<span class='fhTabs_titles'><b>Part One</b></span></p>
<h2>Where am I now?</h2>
<p>Throughout this course, you have been given the techniques to begin the important work of aligning your thoughts, emotions and inner energy with the Universal Source and you will have personalised and tailored these to suit your own requirements.<br /> It is vital that you practise your alignment on a daily basis.  By developing your meditation and visualisation skills, as described in previous modules, you will continue to increase the dialogue between your Inner Self and the Universe.  Meditation allows you not only to make your energy connection and to become aware of your alignment, but it also restores your energy levels.  As a passive technique, it is actually more invigorating than running!</p>
<h3>Finding appreciation</h3>
<p>Your abundance stems from being in alignment with pure, positive energy, and, as we have touched upon in previous modules, a great way to raise your vibration to meet this ideal energy is to find a level of appreciation / gratitude for whatever comes into your experience.<br /> Even if you are experiencing challenges or things are not going the way you hope, look for a positive aspect to feel grateful for.  When you can find your appreciation and, thus, raise your inner energy, you will be in greater alignment with the vibration of pure positive energy – the Universal Source – and better placed to create your own reality.</p>
<h3>Getting grounded</h3>
<p>As vibrational beings, our energy is in constant movement.  It interacts with energy from everything you come into contact with, i.e. people, animals, plants and inanimate objects.<br /> Once you develop your awareness of your energy and how it flows through you, picking up on the energy vibrations that surround you is a natural progression.  With this realisation comes an awareness of others around you pulling on your energy.  This is why being grounded through meditation is so important – it does not stop your energy flow, but does stop your energy being dissipated or drained.<br /> Perfect your grounding techniques so that they become a fluid process.  You will be amazed at how much longer in the day you feel awake and energised.</p>
<h3>Confidence in attraction</h3>
<p>With all the wonderful tools and techniques you are now putting into use, a vibrational shift is already happening.  As you become aware of the coincidences that appear in your life and synchronise with them, you will gain confidence in trusting the process.<br /> Once you start to see the evidence of your thoughts manifesting, it will give you an amazing sense of power – the thrill of knowing you are consciously creating.<br /> Having confidence in the attraction process will empower you to finally let go of any lingering, limiting beliefs that have prevented you from manifesting your desires.  You are now fully aware that all actions in your life are completely within your control and that no outside influence has any effect on your outcome.<br /> </div>

<h2>Manifestation junkie</h2>
<p>Once you begin to see the evidence of your manifestations and appreciate the reality and governing laws of this energy-based Universe, you may find that you have an almost obsessive need to keep manifesting.  After all, as energy beings in a creative and expanding Universe, isn’t that what we are here to do?<br /> Our joy comes from the desire, anticipation and fun in finding new dreams or goals to create. Now, in knowing that every daydream, longing wish or childhood fantasy is yours for the creating&#8230;why wait any longer?</p>
<h3>Final thoughts on resistance</h3>
<p>Through our increased understanding of the Law of Attraction and our growing connection to the Universal Source of Energy, we have been working on releasing resistance and ALLOWING our desires to be manifested.  However, sometimes negative emotions created by past events can reoccur, and we may find ourselves experiencing a period of anxiety or stress whereby we are stuck in an emotional loop.  For many of my clients, letting go of resistance, i.e. those limiting beliefs / emotions from our past whereby we were restrained by conformity and outside forces were shaping our destiny, is the biggest challenge of all.<br /> Throughout the duration of this course, we have discussed ways of releasing resistance and ALLOWING our desires to manifest; however, there are also a number of alternative therapies that may help you to achieve this state, including well-known practices such as acupuncture or hypnotherapy. <br /> If you feel that you need further assistance in eradicating negative emotions and bringing your mind, body and feelings into a state of balance and harmony with the Universe, you may be interested in the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).  This is a modern therapy based on ancient Chinese wisdom and was developed by Gary Craig in the mid 1990s.  EFT is becoming increasingly recognised and accepted as an aid to self development, changing attitudes, stress reduction and managing personal problems.<br /> In summary, EFT involves tapping with fingers on various pressure points, rather like an acupuncturist would use needles, and it is quick and painless.  If you want to learn more about the benefits of and how to perform EFT, you will find a wealth of supporting information / films on the Web.<br /> It should be noted that EFT is a compliment to appropriate medical care and you should always consult your doctor before using any form of alternative treatment or self healing.  If in doubt, consult a qualified therapist.<br /> It is such an exhilarating experience to shake off old restraints, realising that only you shape your destiny and you are doing it every minute of every day.<br /> So what are you waiting for?<br /> Each morning, take a deep breath, throw your arms open and say to yourself…“I am the creator of my reality.  I create every amazing thing that is coming into my life and I love that I am a conscious creator!”<br /> </div>

<h2>Love the new you</h2>
<p>As you begin to wear your new-found confidence, others will start to notice.  The way you hold yourself when you walk, the smile that plays on the side of your mouth, the positive air that you resonate.<br /> With each manifestation, however large or small, comes increasing wonderment of how this powerful Universe finds ways to deliver your desires.  When you begin to recognise the coincidences, you may find yourself smiling as you see the perfect synchronicity and wonder why you never saw it before.<br /> Now with the realisation that you are indeed a part of the Universal Source of Energy, in itself the creator of all things&#8230;you may ask “What can’t I achieve?”</p>
<h3>Your deliberate creation</h3>
<p>In working through this course, you will have determined the areas in your life where you want manifestation, whether it is a new job, better accommodation, a new lover, or all of the above.<br /> You, and no one else, are in control of the creation of these manifestations.  Give yourself time to:<br /> • Focus on your meditation and visualisation (Module 2 / 3)<br /> • Create your vision board / gratitude wall (Module 4)<br /> • Get yourself jumping off those cliffs (Module 5)<br /> • Work on moving your boat downstream (Module 5)<br /> It is all in your hands, head and heart, to be the deliberate creator of your reality.  How good does this feel?<br /> Growing your awareness<br /> When you finally lift the veil of social conditioning, and understand this powerful energy being you really are, your awareness of how you and others have lived in a restricted environment will grow.<br /> For example, you may become aware of how others around you are creating their problems, such as causing re-occurring bad relationships.  You will begin to see where you went wrong with your thinking in the past, which heightens your appreciation / gratitude for your new found awareness.<br /> Finding the contrast in every situation always allows you to adjust your EPS and bring yourself back into alignment with the Universe.</p>
<p><strong>What next?</strong></p>
<p>Each of us is uniquely gifted with different ways to express our individuality, and this is something innately inherent in all of us.  We each have a combination of energy patterns leading towards a natural affinity for expression.  We have already spent some time in Module 1 learning to be a self-actualiser, i.e. recognising our potential.<br /> One of the most important tasks in your life is to unlock these talents and gifts within yourself, so that you can create the best, the most creative expression of who you are.  The Universe provides us with all the co-operative components we need with which to do this, and it is your job to recognise and utilise these components.<br /> Everything is there in place to allow your thoughts and emotions to align with the Universal Energy and attract / manifest your desires.<br /> The Universe always says YES as soon as a thought flashes in your brain.  Now as a conscious creator, it is up to you to gather all these components together and bring on your continuous manifestation.<br /> </div>

<span class='fhTabs_titles'><b>Part Four</b></span><br /> YOUR dream manifesto<br /> You now realise that as an energy being, it is not your job to live someone else’s life for them, nor is it your place to allow others to dictate how you live out your dreams.<br /> YOUR reality must come from YOUR dreams – those ideas you can claim as your own.  So be very clear that what you put on your vision board and what you truly want to be grateful for are YOUR dreams and desires only.<br /> This is the most empowering area of the Law of Attraction, as the law relies on you being selfish.  If any one of your dreams relates to someone else’s desires, YOU will never be in alignment.<br /> Learning that each and every person is only responsible for manifesting their own reality lifts a huge weight from your shoulders, throws guilt out of the window and arms you with a quiet confidence in accepting that your manifestations are for you and you alone.</p>
<h3>Bringing it all to you</h3>
