Sue specialises in career management and change, transition to self-employment, redundancy, confidence building and work/life balance.

Her way of working is warm, intuitive and very practical. She generously shares her experience, skills, knowledge and resources and she is able to swiftly pinpoint your needs and cultivate your strengths - helping you to produce genuine, long-term and sustainable results.

You can work with Sue face-to-face, by telephone, using 'Skype' - or by using a combination of all three. Face-to-face appointments usually take place at Sue’s home - in a beautiful, peaceful village in Cambridgeshire. If you prefer a more active approach, you can meet Sue for 'coaching while you walk'. Alternatively, she can arrange to meet you at a convenient location.

Sue’s background includes 17 years in HR and Customer Services management, in both the UK and Australia, in the private and public sectors, including the IT industry, the financial services sector, the BBC and the NHS.

An accredited coach with a track record of successful coaching, Sue is an experienced mentor of trainee coaches for one of the UK’s top life coach training organisations and to graduates in the sustainability sector for the charity, StudentForce. Sue is also professionally qualified in Personnel Management, Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy.

Sue is the author of our courses Purpose, Passion and Destiny and Land that Job and the book, Reinvent Your Career – 7 Steps to the Job You Love.
