Having spent 9 years living a truly un-inspiring, un-authentic life in a career that was stealing her away from her true self, she found the courage to trade the struggle for her passion - performing - and, helping women realise their own worth.
With over ten years experience as a professional actor, she has also been a qualified coach for over 5 years and has worked with individuals from all walks of life including singers, business women, consultants and photographers, inspiring clients around the globe - from Kent, to Kenya!
Through her performing work, and her coaching training and life experience, she is also expertly placed to coach individuals to perform at their peak in interview and presentation situations.
