Mike Blissett
Mike is a Career Coach based in Harley Street, London; Coach Trainer at the Coaching Academy, and Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP.
He works with individuals and companies wanting to ask themselves better questions and get better answers. Whether working on a plan of action, updating and gaining a new skill set, or looking at what the issue really is, Mike encourages his clients to think ‘out of the box’ and take their life or business to the next level.

Mike coaches in person, on the telephone or via Skype, and has worked with 1,500 people and many thousands more during his workshops throughout the past 6 years. His Coaching Practice has taken him to many countries around the world, including the USA, Canada, Spain, France, The Netherlands, Cyprus, and Australia.
As a Professional Coach, Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP, and Clinical and Sports Hypnotherapist, Mike is accredited by and a member of the Coaching Academy (UK), the International Coaching Federation, the American & British Boards of NLP, Association of NLP, and the International Medical & Dental Hypnotherapist Association.

How can I help my partner to help himself?
He’s extremely pessemistic about life at the moment and has very little confidence in himself, despite my efforts to boost his spirits. Sometimes I find his attitudes very draining.

Although I now have a degree in child psychology, am a qualified lecturer in child care I still think I am not worthy/clever/do not deserve etc.
Long term motivation

Sleepwalking through life
I’m self-employed (in a job that I sleepwalk through) and have moved away from where all the work is to live with my parents, travelling to do chunks of work every so often.
What holds me back?
Some days I am really strong and positive others pathetic and cannot get motivated or focused – I want to change my career but seem unable to move forward?
How can I change ME?
I’ve recognised and found it difficult to face the many flaws I have. My controlling behaviour and outwardly strong coping persona is putting me under very much strain.

I think we’re a habit for each other and I want more from my marriage than that. How can I make changes?
