Vicky's Story

MakeupI contacted Fiona a month ago when I felt I was completely trapped, I felt that I was going nowhere and would blame past events on holding me back from relationships and moving my career forward. My mind was a complete mess and I felt totally confused by all the emotions running around in my head.

Working with Fiona over the past month has helped me understand that I was seeking approval from others and allowing others to manipulate me, I have really been able to see inside myself and recognise what self destructive beliefs I have been holding on to as a security blanket.

When I first spoke to Fiona I talked a lot about a particular person in my professional life and how he was giving me opportunities to develop and supporting me through my ups and downs – now I realise that he has been holding me back and I have allowed him to.

In doing so, it has allowed him to dictate the lifestyle I currently lead, which has been very difficult as a single mum with two daughters to bring up.

Something Lacking

I have loved my job in recruitment over the last 4 years and have worked extremely hard to get as good as I am, and to create a successful business for my employer. But something is lacking, apart from the feeling of being completely undervalued.

I love working with people, people will seek my advice on all sort’s of things it’s the nature of my job but in particular skin care and cosmetics.

When my children were small I worked for Avon Cosmetics as a Representative and Recruiter and I loved it and have remained a customer over the past 10 years.

The extra cash was great but what I loved most of all was the people, being an Avon Rep requires excellent customer service skills and I loved the interaction with everyone of my customers.

Strength To Strength

I have grown from strength to strength in such a short period of time and have come to realise that I am far stronger and much more capable than I have ever given myself credit for.

I shall join Avon as both a Representative and a Sales Leader as I feel that this is where I shall be happiest, Avon will give me the opportunity to build a business of my own something that I can be proud of and 110% successful at and above all be happy doing
