Falling in Love ..... with You!

Love You

The most important relationship you'll ever have is with - you. You'll always be there. Treasure yourself. Get the habit of taking care of yourself. Spend a little quality time with yourself every day. Stop the world. Close the door, get in touch with you.

Respect Yourself

Self-worth is not selfish. Self-worth is a healthy appreciation of your own value as a person. Treat yourself with the utmost respect and kindness, as you treat others and would have others treat you. No-one can give you respect if you don't give it to yourself.

Look Good

Look cared for. A person with high self-esteem knows how to look after herself - and it shows. She looks clean, fresh and smells fabulous. Skin, hair and nails are immaculate. Pay attention to the details. They speak volumes.

Be a VIP

You're important if you treat yourself as important. Important people take time to pay attention to their own needs. They know when to pull back from life and take stock. Living in the fast lane takes energy. Pull over and refuel before you need to.

Be happy

Take total responsibility for creating your own happiness. Don't expect someone else to fill the gap. Decide what you need to do to lift your spirits and bring more joy into your life. Go to an Art exhibition, listen to uplifting music - anything by Mozart will do the trick. Take a walk by the river, take yourself out to lunch. Lighten your heart.

Love your body

Love the skin you're in. After a bath, take a few minutes to massage a luxurious moisturiser or oil into your skin. Make friends with every single part of your body, especially any parts that you may previously have disliked. It's fine to want to improve your body. Appreciating it right now is part of that beautifying process.

Show the man in your life how to relax.

Prepare the scene for him to step into a scented bath. Aromatic candles, a glass of chilled wine or herbal tea, the right music all create an oasis of calm, a world away from a frantic day. Give him time and space to be human again. Soon he'll be doing the same for you!

Chill with the kids

Children know that bathtime is about getting washed, but show them how to unwind and slow down as well. Kids get stressed too and the busier we get, the less one-on-one time we spend with them. The bathroom makes the perfect place for unhurried conversation. And if they're small enough, sharing a bath is the best way to bond!

Open and close the day

Greet a new day with a fresh and optimistic look. Use your morning shower to visualise the events of your day unfolding perfectly in your mind, exactly as you'd like them to. Use your nighttime soak to get closure on the day. Make your peace with everything that's happened. Get the lessons from that day and let it all go. Tomorrow is another day. The Future is ahead of you.

Be loveable

Loving and admiring yourself takes a little attention. Be the sort of person you'd fall in love with yourself. Think of the qualities you love and admire most in others. Embody those same qualities for yourself. Then, how could you fail to fall in love with yourself. You're the personification of everything you love and admire. You've made yourself irresistable. Compelling. Thoroughly likeable. Fabulous.
