Be Gorgeous

Hello, I am delighted to be joining Fiona’s team as her resident Image Coach. My absolute passion in life is to help men and women to look and feel their very best.

So much of our Self-Esteem is bound up with how we rate our appearance. A recent survey commissioned by ICM showed that 75% of British women are unhappy with the way they look. The pressure to conform to supermodel airbrushed perfection is growing ever stronger, as the cosmetic surgeon’s waiting list grows longer and longer.

The good news is, it really doesn’t have to be this way. By taking control of the way you look, learning how to dress to flatter the real you, and challenging head-on any unhelpful body image issues, I guarantee you can learn to love the way you look. Just as you are. Not two decades or dress sizes ago.

So, what is Image Coaching?

Did you know that 93% of your first impression of someone is guided by their non -verbal messages? By this I mean clothes, grooming, physical presence and voice. People who are confident and assured about their image impact are much more likely to succeed. This is where I come in.

As an Image Coach, I am trained to give honest feedback on all aspects of your appearance, and to arm you with strategies to make the very best of yourself. I will help you to choose clothes to accentuate your natural assets. You’ll learn how to dress to suit your lifestyle, budget and personality.

We will also work on posture and body language. Imagine the confidence boost you’d get from walking into any room, knowing you look just right. Think about it. I want you to be perceived as your best, most confident, and sexy you. Working together, we can achieve this.

Take Control

I know for some people, there’s a nagging doubt that spending hard earned cash on Image Coaching is frivolous and wasteful. Think of it this way. Take a look in your wardrobe, and set aside your mistake purchases. You know the ones. The dress that once screamed, “buy me!” is now hidden, tags still on, at the back of your closet. The to- die- for shoes that haven’t yet seen the light of day.

You could take this further and add up unflattering make up and ill advised hairstyles. Now estimate what you’ve spent. I bet you’ll find an Image Coaching session would cost you far less than the money you’ve wasted here. Think of the money you’ll save in the future, too.

Once you’re confident of what truly suits you, mistake purchases become a thing of the past. You need never waste money on clothes again.

Coaching Choices

I offer a range of coaching packages to suit your needs. From discovering which colours suit you to personal shopping trips, from weeding through your wardrobe to coaching you to positive interview impact.

Clients usually start with a 2 hour face-to-face consultation to kick-start their new image. After this, follow up coaching is offered, in person or by telephone.  For me, Image Coaching is about so much more than just handbags and glad rags. I’m in the business to change lives. How does that fit with you?
