5 Top Tips to Upgrading Your Beliefs
Confidence Coach Mike Blissett gives us his essential 5 Top Tips for upgrading your beliefs and making them work for YOU.
1. Create A Mission Statement
Write down your mission statement; who you are, your essence. In no more than 50 words (preferably less) say who you are. Don’t worry or try to second guess yourself, just have fun. You can e-mail the result if you’d like, though the main person that has to read this is YOU. Begin, ‘I, (your name) am a..."
2. Check Your Beliefs
What beliefs do you have that will support you in this journey? What beliefs do you have that currently make you feel disempowered?
3. Support Yourself
What can you do during the next week that will support you in removing those negative beliefs, enhance and increase the power of the positive ones?
4. Practice Happiness
Laugh & smile at least 50 times every day. Be aware and keep count, it’ll be easier than you think!
5. Take Action
Call 5 people just to say "hi". They can be friends, family, colleagues from work/college. Make sure you’re feeling happy and smiling as you do this. Expect nothing in return, just give a happy greeting - you’ll be amazed what you get back.
