Five Steps To Conquer Your Fear

MeditationStep One

Chill out. Take fifteen minutes once a day to do nothing. Genius loves solitude. Give yourself some down time to get in touch with the real you.

Step Two

Enjoy your desire. Identify one of your heart's desires and allow yourself to want what you want.

Step Three

Lift your spirit. Plan something that you can guarantee will leave you feeling more hopeful, positive and optimistic.

Step Four

Take Flower remedies. Dr Bach formulated Gentian to renew enthusiasm, Wild Oat to sharpen instinct, Larch to enhance confidence and Mimulus to encourage joie de vivre. Take as per the bottle and enjoy the lift - all natural, legal and available at a health store near you!

Step Five

Take a risk. Do something that scares the pants off you. Then give yourself a treat. Make it two!
