Great to hear about Sunil's project that gives him a sense of purpose and reason whilst helping others. As my work involves coaching and self development I know how important it is for ones well being to have personal goals and purposes in life how ever simple or involved. Last year I returned to a passion of mine canoeing and wild camping in the great outdoors. Being in nature with the challenge of adapting with it in all weathers. The experience of being in and seeing the real world around you from flora to fauna.

Then this year I started hill, mount and wilderness treking again. Started my fitness regime and practice so I can approach my bigger challenges projected over the next few years. This has made me consider emparting my enthusiasm and knowledge with others who are less fortunate and have problems emotional or physical in their life, a potential to help underprivileged and troubled teenagers by giving them the experience of connecting with the wilderness national parks of the USA and Canada. Experiencing and challenging themselves in natures environment and the great outdoors.

Now so much so that I plan to ascend a number of the UKs highest mountains and organise my own canoe expedition for charity. For anyone else wanting to do something simpler, choose an interesting place to go for a walk with a packed lunch, flask of hot drink, plenty of time to meander and it will do you the world of good. Fresh air in your lungs, moving your body, taking in your sights and surroundings, and all it costs is your time....which is totally free. By reconnecting with lifes simpler things we reconnect with ourselves. Have a happy hike, bike or whatever type of journey. Life's a journey and should really be a as best as possible a happy one....because one is all we've got.
