To many roles, how to prioritise?

I am so confused. I am 50 well and pretty looking, 10 years younger than my age. I am a trained facialist with a small business making excellent profit on my clients bookings, But I also have two other jobs PA work part-time and home management.

I am very good at all of them!

I really need to earn much more money than I do but my lifestyle and finances mean I cannot take time out to make a decision. Why can I not make my mind up about what I really want to do? I have read your books listened for hours to your tapes waiting for the real me to emerge!

Yet I continue to juggle my hours to suit everyone else (and my bank manager) and all without any real direction.
