Great article. I have lost 6 stone over the last eighteen months using just this approach, if anyone asks me 'which diet' I am using, I tell them I'm not and have never been on a diet. I would love now to be able to motivate others to see that perhaps a different approach could be the answer.
I get more satisfaction now from knowing every month the weight has stayed off than I did from losing the weight initially!
Is there such a role I wonder?

Great article. Loads of common sense and tips for a healthy life. I also think that healthy eating combined with exercise that you enjoy doing makes losing weight and becoming fit and healthy so much easier.
