Unless you’ve been living underground for the past year, you will be familiar with The Secret. The book and the DVD have been in the bestselling lists here, in the US and beyond for over a year.

The message of The Secret is not new – indeed, one of the very criticisms levelled at it.

Its metaphysical message of ask and you shall receive, as a man thinketh is to be found in the Bible and almost every other spiritual text.

I am a believer and have been practicing the Law of Attraction (you attract what you focus on) for well-nigh twenty years now!

Psyching yourself up to believe in your ability to succeed, fueling your conviction and learning to control your focus is vital for successfully manifesting.
